Augustea Holding S.r.l., a new company of Augustea Group, was set up on 3rd June 2010.

Augustea Holding is the result of the restructuring of Augustea S.p.A. and is entitled of the strategic guidelines of the Group as well as the coordination of the most relevant activities performed by the operating companies. The company will own 100% of the share capital of both Augustea S.P.A. and Augustea Atlantica S.P.A.

Augustea Holding will provide the following services to the operating companies of the Augustea Group: Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Management Control, Internal Audit, Information Technology and Human Resources.

The composition of the board is the following: Lucio Zagari (Chairman), Raffaele Zagari (Managing Director), Maurizio Pavesi (Managing Director), Giovanni Calleri (independent director), Luigi Chessa (independent director), Antonio Garzilli (independent director), Emanuele Marcianò (independent director).

The head office of Augustea Holding is in Naples, Viale Gramsci 5, while the Augusta office is in Via Marina di Ponente, 71.
