The financial statements of the Group companies and the consolidated accounts are certified by an audit firm incorporated in the special register kept by the CONSOB (or by the corresponding foreign authority for companies other than Italians).

In the event of renewal the appointment of the independent auditors is limited for a maximum of two three-year periods and in any event a maximum period of nine years.
