The Corporate Governance Report provides a general and comprehensive overview of the corporate governance system adopted by Augustea.

In compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and taking account of the guidelines and recommendations of Borsa Italiana SpA and of the most representative business associations, since 2012 the Report also contains information on shareholder structure and adoption of Code of Ethics and compliance with the consequent obligations, thereby underscoring the choices made by the Company in applying its corporate governance principles.
