Augustea Atlantica Srl aquires 92% stake in Augustea Grancolombia SA, Barranquilla (Colombia). On the same date AGC begins offering towage services in the Colombian port of Santa Marta and in the anchorage areas of Puerto Prodeco, Puerto Drummond and Rio Cordoba.
