CORPORATE: The Group register all its vessels into the Italian Tonnage Tax

The Group registers all its vessels operating in the international trade under Italian companies into the Italian Tonnage Tax arrangement. As a consequence the Italian companies are taxed on a lump-sum basis on revenues produced by vessels recorded in the International Shipping Register. This option is effective as from 1 January 2008 and is irrevocable up to 31 December 2017.
