On the first week of November, the name of Marifran Internacional SA has been lawfully changed into Augustea Marifran SA under the applicable laws of Argentina.

The change of name, has no effect of whatsoever nature on the legal entity of the Company and all rights, obligations and liabilities of Marifran Internacional SA shall rest into Augustea Marifran SA.
